Systems

ro system

A tightly woven, semi-permeable membrane is used in the water purification process known as reverse osmosis (RO) to filter out dissolved impurities. In order to overcome the natural osmotic pressure and reroute dissolved impurities, pressure is applied before the membrane, causing the fluid to move from a zone of high solute concentration to a region of low solute concentration. This causes fine filtration of water or any other solution. Similar to a roll of paper towels, the membrane is made up of numerous layers of wound material. The membrane's outer layers are where the water enters, and its inner layers are where it exits.

etp system

The ETP Plant is crucial in the treatment of industrial wastewater. ETPs are mostly used to cleanse industrial effluent so that it can be released safely into the environment or made into reusable water. According to government rules, it is now necessary for every sector to install ETP plants to treat waste and wastewater so that it can be safely discharged into the environment or made more reusable. All major companies treat their wastewater at effluent treatment plants (ETPs). Every major pharmaceutical, chemical, textile, and other company that produces wastewater employed ETPs to clean the water and eliminate any harmful or unnecessary chemicals or compounds.

Stp system

The process of purifying sewage water and reusing it for gardening, agriculture, and other general purposes is known as a sewage treatment plant (STP). Purification and upkeep standards for treated sewage water are set by the Pollution Control Board. In the majority of industries, housing colonies, and flats, STPs are required. STP is outfitted with highly precise components and cutting-edge technology. Our most recent technology-based STP system produces chemical-free sludge that can be used as manure in horticulture in addition to purifying liquid waste.
